Chef John- Executive Chef, Founder & Owner

"We want to teach people new ways to cook healthy food, and make it easy to prepare". Chef John.

 He began his carrier at New England Culinary Institute in his home state of Vermont. Being Born and raised on the farm, Chef John has experienced great tasting natural food which has inspired him his whole life. He has traveled in Europe, Central and South America studying cultural cuisines. "Traveling and eating exotic food is so special, it's my favorite thing about traveling". He has extensive knowledge of the food industry including: fine dining, specialty and gourmet foods, natural and special diets, pastry and confectionery arts, cultural menus and organic cooking. He has more than fifteen years cooking experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, bakeries, country clubs and as Executive Chef for Wholefoods Market for more than six years.
